Returns & Exchanges At HYLE, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy.

  • Hygiene & Safety: As a provider of non-toxic, organic personal care textiles, we cannot restock or resell items once they have been delivered. This protects the biological integrity of our products for all patrons.

  • Handmade Variance: HYLE products are hand-loomed in Divulapitiya. Minor variations in weave, weight, and "bone-white" shading are not defects; they are the architectural characteristics of raw matter and human craft.

  • Damages: In the rare event that your HYLE piece arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at [Your Email] within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review these cases on an individual basis to ensure your experience remains heroic.
